Products must be returned as new, in their original and undamaged packaging including all contents, no exceptions. Any item that fails to meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer and we regrettably won't be able to offer a refund.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method after your order is delivered back to us and is proved to be unused. Please note that refunds may take several working days to show on your account.
Your first order return is covered by our complimentary returns policy. Returned products must be sent back from the same country they were delivered to.
