1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. All direct sales of Ganor Dominic brand products (the “Products”) to the customers (the “Customer”) via this website are proceed by Ganor Dominic Ltd (the “Seller”), with registered office at 63/66 Hatton Garden, Fifth Floor Suite 23, London, EC1N 8LE.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

2.1. We guarantee that all our Products are made of high quality materials. We ensure that the Products are fairly described, information is correct, and colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However the actual colours you see may vary depending on quality of your monitor.

3. PLACE AN ORDER

3.1. After you have placed an order with us, we will send a confirmation to the email address you indicated when placing an order.

3.2. After your order is placed, it is subject to availability check. If, for any reason, we discover it is impossible to complete the order, our customer service team will contact you. You will have an option to cancel an order, partly or in full, and get the refund or change it to different style/colour/size.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment can be made using the major credit and debit cards through the Shopify payment system or using PayPal.

4.2. All transactions are proceed in GBP. All prices include 20% VAT for UK orders.

4.3. The order is accepted for processing after payment is approved.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery of Products purchased at prices over 500£ in the Online Store is made worldwide by courier service and covered by the Seller. Delivery price for orders under 500£ is 40£. It will be added automatically to the initial purchase value at checkout. Delivery for orders of any value within UK is free and is covered by the Seller. If the order contains two or more styles from the "Sale" and "Last Sizes Sale" collections, additional delivery charges may apply.

5.2. In case the Customer purchases Products in the Online Store, the Seller also covers the courier fees for one return of Products and the delivery of the subsequent replacement. This means the delivery of returned Products to the Seller and their subsequent replacement with another Products. Please note that this provision does not apply to the purchases under 500£.

5.3. Any delivery fees for subsequent replacements shall be covered by the Customer.

5.4. Dispatch of the ordered Products (except for the Pre-ordered articles in par. 5.11) is made within 24 hours from the moment the payment is approved.

5.5. Delivery time varies depending on destination and may take up to 10 days.

5.6. The Products will be sent to the address provided during the purchase process. For security reasons, the Online Store will not send orders to post office boxes nor will it accept orders in cases the order recipient's identity or the physical person's address cannot be verified.

5.7. If the first delivery attempt is missed because of the Customer, the Seller will contact the Customer informing them on whether the delivery service will make a second attempt. Any additional delivery expenses caused by a failed delivery attempt shall be at a Customer’s cost.

5.8. The Customer must make the acceptance of ordered Products in quantity, quality, assortment and completeness terms in the presence of a courier.

5.9. The Online Store is not responsible for the importation of the Products to the destination country. Any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country shall be at the Customer’s expense.

5.10. The Online Store is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by the Courier fault.

5.11. Pre-ordered articles will be shipped as soon as they become available, as indicated on the website of the Online Store, at order placement or notification sent by email. The Customer will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped and delivery will be made within the time stated by the courier, depending on the destination.

6. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

6.1. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at customerservice@ganordominic.com. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/dispatch has begun. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to either refuse the delivery or return the Products. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Product receipt at our warehouse. The Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

6.2. Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account. If cancellation was made after the dispatch of Products, we would be entitled to deduct the direct delivery costs from the amount to be re-credited to you.

7. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

7.1. The Customer has the right to return or exchange delivered Products within 14 (fourteen days) from the date of receipt, previously notifying the Seller by e-mail customercare@ganordominic.com.

7.2. The Products must be returned with their original appearance (including condition of the soles) and factory packaging. Ganor Dominic Online Store reserves the right to check the returned Products and to send back to the Customer any Products it considers had failed to meet the indicated requirements without any refunds. In this case postage and any costs incurred must be paid by the customer.

7.3. Return of Product to the Online Store must be covered by the sender, and will not be refunded by Ganor Dominic. The final postage cost will be deducted from the refund. Also the returned Products should be sent back from the same country they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges and be delayed in customs.

For returned orders above £500, which contain full priced items, the customer covers the postage cost of the return delivery and this cost will be deducted from the refund.

For returned orders above £500, which contain items from "Sale" collection, the customer covers the postage cost of the two-way delivery. The fixed fee of £40 and the final postage cost of the returned delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Please note all archive sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. So please carefully check the size guide before placing the order on items from this section.

7.4. Exchange of Products is complementary for orders above £500 containing full priced items. The provision of a complementary exchange does not apply to the orders under £500 and to the orders on items from "Sale" and "Last Sizes Sale" collections, even exceeding £500. In this case postage and any costs incurred must be paid by the customer.

7.5. In order to return or exchange Products, you should fill in the return form enclosed with the parcel and hand it over to the courier indicated in email from customercare@ganordominic.com together with the Product itself.

7.6. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method after Products are delivered to our warehouse and proved to be unused. Please note that refunds can take several working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. The personal data provided by the Customer on Ganor Dominic Online Store may be used for future communication.

8.2. The Online Store does not know and does not store information about your payment card.

The processing of sensitive data (card details, registration data, etc.) is made in the secure electronic payment system using 3D security. Thus, the information of a personal nature, bank customer data, including information on its payment of goods in the Online Store are fully protected against unauthorized access.

8.3. All relationship and disputes between the Customer and Site Administration are subject to legislation of England & Wales.

9. GIFT CARDS

9.1. GD Gift Cards may be used online at ganordominic.com. You can use the GD Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by GD Gift Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than the order total, a GD e-Merchandise card containing the remaining balance will be issued and sent to you. You can always check your remaining balance by contacting Customer Service.

9.2. Delivery: a GD e-Gift Card will be sent to the indicated email address immediately after the purchase is complete. Please make sure to provide a correct email address for delivery of a GD e-Gift Card.

9.3. Validity: a GD Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of the purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the GD Gift Cards cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

9.4. Return: if you use the online return process for items purchased and paid for in full with the GD Gift Card or if the GD Gift Card was used together with another payment method, the GD e-Merchandise Card will be issued before any refund is made to other payment methods. The GD e-Merchandise Card will be sent to you by email when the return is complete.

9.5. Returns: guarantee You have a 28 days return period (beginning the day after delivery of your order) to cancel your order of GD Gift Cards purchased online and receive a full refund. If you wish to return the GD Gift Cards, please contact Customer Service.

10. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

10.1. All rights, including copyright, in the text, graphics and layout of this website are owned by, or licensed to Ganor Dominic Ltd.

10.2. You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its contents or design, except for personal non-commercial use.
